Mendonoma Whale & Seal Study founders Scott and Tree Mercer will be on hand with an information table and viewing stand during the Noyo Center Whale Festival. With more than a decade of experience observing marine mammals along the Mendocino coast, Scott and Tree have participated in the statewide whale census for the past 12 years, contributing annual counts of migrating whales and sharing deep local knowledge of coastal wildlife.
